The right method for the product.

Available services vary by product, destination, carrier capability and local regulations.

Exoquad and Exogravity vehicles may require palletized or specialist freight. Delivery arrangements should account for vehicle dimensions, weight, battery classification and unloading access.

The product is checked, documented and packed for the approved transport method.

Shipping quotations

Why vehicle delivery is calculated individually.

A reliable quote needs more than a country name. Product configuration, transport method and destination access can materially change the cost.

Information we need

  • Full destination country and postal code
  • Residential, commercial or dealer delivery address
  • Selected model and configuration
  • Required accessories, chargers or spare batteries
  • Loading dock, forklift or unloading availability
  • Local contact name, telephone and email
What affects cost

Key shipping variables.

01Distance & destination

Route, region, remoteness and local carrier coverage.

02Size & weight

Vehicle dimensions, packaging and total shipment weight.

03Battery transport

Lithium-battery classification, documentation and carrier rules.

04Delivery service

Terminal, curbside, residential, timed or specialist handover.

05Customs & taxes

Import duty, VAT, brokerage and local clearance costs.

06Insurance & value

Shipment value and available freight-protection options.

Access matters

Tell us about narrow roads, stairs, restricted entrances or the absence of unloading equipment before the shipment is booked.

International shipping

Cross-border delivery requires extra coordination.

Availability depends on the destination, product, carrier network, dealer coverage and applicable import or battery rules.

01

Import responsibility

Unless the written order terms say otherwise, the recipient may be responsible for import permits, duties, VAT, brokerage and local clearance charges.

02

Product compliance

The buyer should confirm local classification, road-use, registration, insurance and operating requirements before ordering.

03

Customs information

Accurate recipient details and timely responses to the carrier or customs broker help prevent avoidable clearance delays.

No automatic global availability

A product appearing online does not guarantee that it can be delivered to every country. Request confirmation before placing a cross-border order.

Receiving your order

Inspect first. Unpack carefully.

Documenting the delivery condition protects both the customer and the claim process if something went wrong in transit.

Before signing or accepting

  • Count the packages or pallets.
  • Check for crushing, punctures, moisture or broken restraints.
  • Photograph every side of damaged packaging.
  • Ask the carrier to record visible damage where possible.
  • Do not refuse delivery unless instructed or clearly necessary.

After opening the shipment

  • Keep all packaging until the product has been checked.
  • Compare the delivered model and accessories with the order.
  • Photograph concealed damage before moving components.
  • Do not operate a product that appears unsafe or seriously damaged.
  • Contact us promptly with the order and delivery details.
Shipping FAQ

Questions before dispatch.

Written order and delivery terms for a specific shipment take priority over general guidance.

How much does shipping cost?

Vehicle delivery is quoted according to destination, product configuration, shipment size, battery requirements, service level and import arrangements. Contact us with the full postal code for an estimate.

How long will delivery take?

Transit time depends on product readiness, carrier schedules, route, destination, customs and local delivery coordination. Any estimate is not a guarantee unless expressly agreed in writing.

Does a custom build take longer?

Customized Exoquad V2 and Customized Exogravity orders require configuration and preparation before dispatch. Production lead time is separate from carrier transit time.

Can lithium batteries be shipped internationally?

Battery transport is subject to carrier, packaging, documentation and destination rules. Availability must be confirmed for the specific battery and route.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking or delivery updates are provided when available. Specialist freight may use scheduled coordination rather than ordinary parcel tracking.

Are customs duties included?

Only if the quotation or order terms explicitly say so. Otherwise, import duty, VAT, brokerage and clearance charges may be payable separately by the recipient.

Can I change the delivery address?

Contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible after dispatch and can cause additional charges, verification requirements or delays.

What if the order arrives damaged?

Keep the packaging, photograph the damage and contact us promptly. Do not operate the product if continued handling or use could create a safety risk.

Can I collect my order?

Collection may be available for certain orders and locations. Arrange it in advance and confirm the vehicle, equipment and loading requirements.

What type of delivery should I expect?

The quotation should identify whether delivery is terminal, curbside, residential, commercial, dealer-supported or another agreed service. Freight delivery may not include unpacking, assembly or indoor placement.

Where should your vehicle be delivered?

Send the model, configuration, country and postal code for a tailored shipping estimate.
